The Notre Dame Fighting Irish carried their impressive form to the stadium of the Cardinals of Stanford University. The two teams played a thrilling college football match which ended in a 24-45 win for the Notre Dame team.
Quarter 1
Stanford were first to score in the first quarter and even led after a touchdown and a field goal. Brysen scored the touchdown while Ryan scored the field goal from 24 yards out. Tony Jones Jr. scored a touchdown for the away side in the same quarter.
Quarter 2
The hosts only got one touchdown in the second quarter while the visitors got two. Michael scored for the hosts while Tommy and Chase scored for the Fighting Irish.
Quarter 3
Chase Claypool was the only player to score during the third quarter of the game. He got a touchdown for the away side after catching the ball coming down from Jonathan’s kick.
Quarter 4
Two touchdowns and a field goal in the final quarter helped the away team to cap their win. C’Bo and Khalid got a touchdown each while Jonathan scored a field goal from 42 yards out. Cameron scored a touchdown for the hosts. Stay tuned for updates from other NCAA matches.
